The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Commissions, custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads

Returns and exchange details

Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. 

Returns Policy

  • The returns policy lasts for 30 days. If the 30 days have passed since the day of your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange cannot be offered.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as received.
  • To complete your return or exchange, proof of purchase is required.
  • Once the return or exchange item is received, an email will be sent to notify you. This will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

Shipping your return

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs.

When returning your item, you may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance depending on the value of your item. Refund or exchange is dependent on receipt of the returned item.
